About

Mr. Gigliotti earned his J.D. from The Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1991.  He attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and graduated in 1984 with a B.B.A.

    After graduating from Ohio University, he began his career with Farmers Insurance Group in Columbus, Ohio.  He worked at Farmers Insurance as a Senior Litigation Claims Representative for 8 years.  Upon graduation from Cleveland Marshall, he went to work with a medium sized firm in Akron, Ohio where he became a partner after only 5 years.  After 21 years with his former firm, he opened The Law Offices of Louis J. Gigliotti, Jr.

    He specializes in personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, wrongful death claims, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, product liability, slip and fall and dog bite cases.  Mr. Gigliotti is admitted to all of the courts in the State of Ohio, as well as The U.S. District Court, Northern District State of Ohio.

      Having worked for an insurance company for eight years, he understands how to maximize his personal injury client's cases.  Mr. Gigliotti has been representing plaintiffs for the past twenty-five years.  He has collected over Thirty-Million Dollars in recoveries for his clients.  He has an insider's perspective of how an insurance company attempts to limit your recovery.  He uses his insider's knowledge of the insurance industry to maximize his client's personal injury settlements.  His compassion and experience allow him to guide his clients through a very difficult time of their lives.
